Step 1: When both the earbuds are turned on and outside the case, triple tap the MFB button on both earbuds to perform Factory Reset, which gets indicated by the flashing of white LED lights once.

Step 2: After the white LED flashes once, place back the earbuds inside the case and shut the lid.
