Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship orders within India.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Our order cutoff time is 8:00 PM (IST).
Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing time is included in the total delivery time.


Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within:

2–6 business days

Shipping time begins from the day the order is shipped, not from the day the order is placed.

Delivery may take longer in certain situations such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Logistics delays

  • Natural disasters or pandemics

  • Courier service issues


Shipping Charges

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

Standard Shipping is FREE across India.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • or other reliable courier services depending on your location.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After your order is shipped, we will send another email containing your tracking number.
Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours.

Our business days are:

Monday – Friday

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.


Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Return Policy for return options after delivery.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

  2. If the issue is still not resolved, contact us

We will assist you in resolving the issue.


Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately.

To request a replacement or return, please:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged product.

  2. Email the photo along with your order details

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or return.
